I am Silke, plant-based caterer and baker from the heart of Antwerp. You can often find me in the nicest coffee bars in town and, of course, in my kitchen 😊

I try my very best to ensure that you can put Antoinette's pastries on the table for everyone to enjoy: your vegan-skeptical uncle, your grandmother who doesn't really know what "vegan" means and possibly your gluten-free company. In short, Antoinette provides all-round cosiness.
